1939-1945: WWII - The Holocaust / What children were doing for the war


The Holocaust:




Estimated 11 million people were killed during the Holocaust, six million of them were Jews, about 5 million were non-jews and 1.5 million of them were children.



Also the first victims of the holocaust had disabilities.



“Holocaust” came from the Greek words “completely burnt”



The Holocaust began with Hitler's distinct power rise.



The Holocause lasted 12 years;



Oringinated January of 1933 and ended December of 1945.
