1939-1945: WWII - Causes of WWI / Leaders / Japanese Canadians

Causes of WWI -




World War 1 was caused and set off by "the assassination of the Austrian archduke"



The event was the the case that set off and began the war.


Although, to this day the dabate on the complications for the war










Leaders of Canada, US, Britain, Russia and Germany:



Winston Churchill - Been a leader of Great Britain during most of the war.



William king - Leader/Prime Minister of Canada joined WW2 beside Great Britain when the war began.

Harry Truman - Became president of the United States in the final year of WW2



Joseph Stalin - Was a leader throughout WW2




Adolf Hitler - Was the leader throughout WW1 and rose to become leader through WW2






Japanese Canadians



The sad experience of many Japanese Canadians was to be transported to internment camps. This was done because many in the government, as well as a fair portion of the Canadian population, felt that the Japanese Canadians posed a threat to national secerity
