Economy

The Great Depression was a severe worldwide depression that was destroying our economy in the decade following World War II.

The Great Depression had overwhelming and disastrous effects in almost every country, rich and poor. Personal income, tax revenue, profits and prices dropped, and international trade immerged by a half to two-thirds and unemployment in the U.S rose to about 25%, and in some countries rose as musch as 33%.


Living


Living was somewhat difficuoly from the great depression and all, and many people were unemployed, and many families didn't have much food.

During the year of 30's most farmers would get a big amount of rain, and then have healthy crops, but once the year changed so did the weather.




Politics

The elections resulted in a severe setback for the Republican Party, which barely handled...
